Sugo Rosa with Chicken Pieces and Basil


  • Start with 1 1/2 pounds of boneless chicken pieces and season with salt & pepper
  • Sauté chicken thoroughly on both sides in a little olive oil 
  • Remove chicken pieces from pan, add 1 jar of Tomaso’s Sugo Rosa
  • Bring to a boil, add chicken pieces and ½ lb cooked Linguine pasta, toss
  • Divide into bowls, garnish with chopped fresh basil, chile pepper flakes and Pecorino Romano cheese to taste
