Arroz Con Pollo
Ingredients
- 1 jar Fortunata's Pepperonata (Organic Ingredients)
- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 3 cups cooked rice
Directions
- Cook rice, keep warm
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper
- Sauté and brown on both sides
- Cover chicken with Fortunata's Pepperonata
- Brint to boil
- Turn down to simmer and cover
- Cook for 10 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked
- Pour over cooked hot rice
- You can choose to mix it all together if you wish
Serves two to four
