Arroz Con Pollo



  • 1 jar Fortunata's Pepperonata (Organic Ingredients)
  • 4 boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 cups cooked rice


  • Cook rice, keep warm
  • Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper
  • Sauté and brown on both sides
  • Cover chicken with Fortunata's Pepperonata
  • Brint to boil
  • Turn down to simmer and cover
  • Cook for 10 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked
  • Pour over cooked hot rice
  • You can choose to mix it all together if you wish


Serves two to four
