Chicken Cacciatore


  • Season 4 chicken pieces (thighs or breasts) or tofu with salt & pepper
  • Sauté chicken or tofu in olive oil
  • Brown both sides
  • Cover with a jar of Tomaso’s Mushroom & Artichoke Sauce
  • Bring to a boil
  • Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes or until chicken/tofu is cooked
  • Serve on top of your favorite cooked pasta, rice or polenta
