Tomaso's Sugo Rosa

Tomaso's Sugo Rosa pasta sauce is our version of Vodka sauce. Made with ground tomatoes, fresh garlic and basil leaves, and a touch of cream.

Great on all types of pasta, lasagne, ravioli, chicken, seafood, vegetables, rice or potatoes. I like to simmer large shrimp and scallops in this sauce and toss with cooked linguine pasta.

My family likes to add fresh garden peas and Prosciutto and toss with angel hair pasta. Garnish with chopped fresh basil and grated Parmesan. Mangia!
